About us

Biuma Fat&Oils doo is a factory for the processing of vegetable fats and oils, with a production facility located in Kucura, near Vrbas, only 40 kilometers from Novi Sad. We were founded in February 2023, and production was successfully launched in December of the same year. Our business model relies on reliable partners and strict quality standards. All the raw materials we use come from renowned producers in Malaysia and are fully compliant with current EU regulations — including strict controls on contaminants, allergens and other critical safety and quality parameters. A related legal entity of Biuma is Synthesis agro consulting doo, founded in 2012, which is also the exclusive supplier of tropical fats and vegetable oils for our production. The ownership structure of both companies is identical, which additionally ensures stability and integration in the supply chain. The total annual turnover of these two companies is around 30 million euros, with a constant growth trend.
